Yoga, meditation, sound baths and moments of quiet reflection enriching the experience of traveling through Bhutan.
Tailored to the journey
Yangchen’s experiences are shaped around the people, setting and pace of each journey.
They can be added to an existing Bhutan itinerary without turning the trip into a retreat or requiring extra travel days. Some experiences work well in the quiet of a hotel or studio, while others belong naturally outdoors, after a hike, beside a river or in another place that already forms part of the day.
Yoga Yangchen’s experiences can be arranged as individual sessions, a well-being add-on to a travel day, or a more immersive multi-day well-being journey integrated into an existing Bhutan itinerary.
What it is
One or more private sessions arranged flexibly throughout the journey.
How it works
Sessions may include yoga, meditation, sound baths or selected nature-based experiences. They can take place at hotels, in nature, at the Yoga Yangchen studio or at another suitable location.
Best suited for
Solo travelers, couples, families or groups wanting occasional well-being moments within their existing Bhutan itinerary.
Pricing varies based on number of participants, number of sessions, and session types.
What it is
A guided well-being rhythm added to one or more existing travel days.
How it works
A well-being day includes a morning and evening session while guests continue their planned journey through Bhutan without adding extra travel days. Yangchen may also accompany selected parts of the day, such as a hike, meal or temple visit.
Best suited for
Travelers or groups wanting a more continuous sense of balance and restoration during selected days of their Bhutan journey.
Fixed daily group rate, independent of group size or session types.
What it is
A more immersive multi-day well-being experience integrated throughout the journey.

Smaller groups seeking a more immersive and intentionally paced Bhutan experience through consistent daily practice, reflection and connection with nature.
Fixed daily group rate, independent of group size or session types.
